Project Policy & Cancellations

+ Courtesy Revisions

Thank you for choosing TL Hayden for your graphic needs. All graphic services must be paid for before proofs are sent. I allow two courtesy revision requests per invoiced project. Any additional revisions outside of the 2 are invoiced at $25/hr. Once your invoice has been paid your services will begin immediately.

+ Office Hours

My office hours are from 9am-4pm, M-F for us to communicate via email to make sure everything is perfect to your liking and to keep you updated on the process. Please allow 1-2 hours for me to respond during office hours. Any emails received after 4pm will be responded to first thing the following business day.

+ Proof & Final Files

All proof and final files are sent in . jpg or . png & .pdf format. Photoshop or Illustrator files may be purchased upon request for an additional $25 fee should you need your source file.

+ Cancellation Policy

All sales final. There are absolutely no refunds or exchanges on any service once purchased, please review my portfolio gallery here on the site and make sure I am a great fit prior to purchasing.

+ Deadline & Specifics

Please get back to me with your deadlines for each service ordered so I can schedule it all on my graphic calendar and make sure its completed in a timely manner. Also - if there is a specific layout you want me to work with on any of the projects or there are samples you want me to view - please email them to hello@lovetlhayden.com ASAP
